Yes, we all tend to make new years resolutions. And most of the time they are health related! So this year let’s make one that counts! Come start, your new year out right with us at our FREE Community WOD:

Don’t worry about experience, this class is open to all levels! Don’t worry about failing, noone fails here! Don’t worry about your strength, that will come with time!

BUT, once you start…..keep it going. Don’t let the motivation wear off! In order to get the full benefit of CrossFit you must make it part of your life. You must make it a habit, you must be consistent, and you must work hard everyday. Some days will be more difficult than others. Just give it all you got. Challenge yourself to be the best you can be, daily! Make CrossFit a habit and watch your life improve in all areas.

A habit, is a behavior pattern regularly followed until it becomes almost involuntary. A habit sometimes takes up to 21 days to form. So keep with it! By the end of January you will have a new habit, that will change your life for the better!

3 – Have a challenging mindset

4 – Make strength a priority

5 – Eat with a purpose
