The GS30 Program is a total body workout aimed to improve one’s overall fitness in the shortest time possible.
The GS30 Program focuses on the 10 recognized general components of fitness; power, speed, agility, balance, stamina, strength, accuracy, flexibility, coordination, cardiovascular and respiratory endurance.
Athletes of all fitness levels participate in running and rowing, athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells, sandbags and functional movements.
Done in a group and / or team setting, GS30 Program incorporates elements of cooperation and competition, wherein athletes work individually or in teams to achieve the tasks.
